Do you have a minimum order quantity?
We welcome trial orders with no fixed minimum. For commercial shipments, MOQs typically start from 100kg–500kg depending on the product and packaging. We always encourage new buyers to start with a sample.
How long does it take to receive a sample?
Free samples are dispatched within 3–5 business days of inquiry confirmation. International sample delivery typically takes 7–14 days depending on your location and courier availability.
What shipping terms do you offer?
We offer FOB (Mundra / JNPT), CIF, and Ex-Works pricing. We can work with your freight forwarder or connect you with our logistics partners for door-to-door delivery.
What certifications come with each shipment?
Every shipment includes: Certificate of Analysis (COA), Phytosanitary Certificate, Certificate of Origin, Fumigation Certificate, and Invoice/Packing List. Additional documentation (Halal, Organic, FDA) available on request.
Can you do custom blends or private label?
Yes — we formulate custom spice blends to your specification and can package under your brand name. Share your requirements and we'll work with you on the formula and label design.
What are your payment terms?
Payment terms are discussed as part of the order confirmation. Common terms include T/T in advance, 30% advance + 70% before dispatch, or LC at sight for larger orders. Flexible for established buyers.
